Definitions for Checklist Items:
If Require Pass/Fail Response is checked, those buttons will trigger an observation to open. EX If you do not want to create observations for a Safe, then uncheck the box next to Require Pass Response.
Allow Multiple lets a checklist item be selected more than once.
adds the prompt to enter a quantity of more than one prior to the Observation Template being opened. This avoids creating multiple observations for the same issue.
Checklist Item Input
When building a template, use this input to enter a Checklist Item in your Template (in the template editor). Ex - Building out a focused safety inspection.
Hyperlist Input
When building a template, this is the Input that allows Checklist Items to be looked up from a Template. For Example in the Safety Walk template or the Additional Items section of Safety Checklists shown in the video below. Like the same properties described above (Require Pass or Fail Response) for Checklist Items apply to Hyperlists as well.
