Tool Home Page [Form Table]

Every tool in Mercury has a summary table that lists all the forms completed and any alternate templates. Sort, Filter, or Export this list to find the form you need. If there are more than one template within the tool, the far right will show that list.

Form Table Filters

Most columns in the table has tools to sort, filter or hide. Views can be saved:

• Hide, Sort or Filter columns

  

Select +Save View & Name it

• Admin Users can share the view with all users on the project by selecting “make public”.

• When there are multiple saved Views, the user can Set a Default so that when first landing on the tool that view is open.

• Reset Filters to create and save a new view

• Filters can be renamed, deleted or made default at any time.

Tool home for Mobile shows a more consolidated list with the Published items under one tab and Draft Items under another.
