Safety Metrics
A 30 day view of how safety stats are looking based on the metrics used for the MSR process.

Select any of the metrics listed to see the list of items that make up the count. Each item is the list can be selected to open the details. Use the Export to CSV to manipulate the information in unlimited ways.
Defining the Metrics
Overdue Corrections
A count of Safety observations that were closed after their due date in the last 30 days by created date.
Recent Incidents
A count of Safety incidents published in the last 30 days.
Safety Inspections
A count of Safety Walks and Safety Checklists that have been published in the last 30 days.
Recent Observations
A count of all Safety Observations published in the last 30 Days.
Inspection Diversity
A count of unique users who mark Pass or Fail on a Safety Checklist Item in the last 30 days. The includes Walks or Checklists and does not acknowledge creator or additional inspectors.
Managing Subscriptions
Create Subscription
Subscribing to a metric is a method to email on demand or periodically a pdf of the metrics on screen.
Enter a Name and Description
Select the report(s) that will be included in the email.
Schedule
On-Demand will send an email right away (within 5min).
Reoccurring gives options for having them sent automatically at a frequency and time that you desire.
Recipients can be just yourself or a list of people from the project directory.
Send PDF Now
If you’d like a pdf sent now, go to the three dots in the upper right and select Send Test. You’ll receive and email from notificaitons@mercurybuild.com.
Pause Distribution
To stop a re-occurring Distribution use the three dots in the upper right of the report and select Pause. To start distribution again, use the Resume option from the same menu.
