Export Forms to PDF

We are often asked to provide a PDF copy of everything at closeout. So here's the steps for forms like RFIs, Submittals and other Field Management forms.

  1. Under Options in the upper left choose Export PDF (csv is for a log of the table on screen).

  2. Choose if you’d like to export ALL forms or just those on the Current page. THIS PROCESS WILL TAKE MANY MINUTES, SO TAKE 15min BREAK BEFORE CHECKING!

  3. A ZIP file will be saved to your download folder. Pop-up blockers could stop the new tab from opening so use the “Click here if the download…” in the message.

  4. All the forms placed in your Downloads folder in a Zip file with the number and template in the file name. If there were attachments to the form, they are a placed in a folder with the same name with “-attachments”.
