Customizable Email Notification Body

Similar to the ENG issue below. Looking to customize the body of a notification email based on selecting inputs. As talked about this could be a foot gun, so the suggestion below tries to provide freedom without the potential for harm by limiting where the inputs can be added and which inputs can be added. We should also limit the quantity of each input either by quanity (each input) or by real estate (fits in the area).
Also, make the link to pdf the same look and size as the Link to Mercury.
Lastly to make it look "less like phishing" add a logo/salutation to the bottom.
Customer name/logo was requested as well, but I don't have any suggestions for placement.

Notification: Include Final Answer

To provide as much information as possible from the email and without logging into Mercury, looking to include the Final Answer or Last Comments with the Status in the body of the email. See below.

I think this would provide more context to the subcontractor and draw their attention to the status of the submittal and any follow up comments we might make through Mercury.

have each template get configurable text (like discalimer or due date text) that will be added to notificaitons

Adding specifics here based on added conversations/idea’s:

Under Project Admin have "notification messages". This will be a text box that anything can be titled and then typed. These will be saved and then be assigned a Permissions Role so that messages can be specific to the person receiving them, but the form can be distributed in one click. Then at the point of Distribution a list of these can be chosen. Maybe call it "Notification Messages".

For Example:

TRADE: See attached RFI you have 1 week to notify us if there is cost.
CLIENT: See approved RFI attached, if applicable pricing will be submitted in 2 weeks
FOR/SUP: Build this!
PE/PM: Price this!

RFI Email Distribution
Mercury currently has pretty limited information when distributing a final RFI - ideally this would contain the RFI number and would also give an option for a short message to be included in the email. The subject line should also give more information on what is being sent.

I’m merging this request with one that allows the email body to be customized by project and template. That feature should accomplish the same result as requested here with out an unnecessary amount of complexity for the person setting up the notifications.
