RFI Revisions
Currently, when you input a revision it voids the previous RFI. I think this function should be changed to not automatically void the previous RFI.

In response to Patrick’s point, OPTION B is my preference. I makes much more sense to me if I see an RFI 007.1, there’s an RFI 007 that I should also review. I don’t want to ask the Architect to answer the same question twice and therefore don’t want to void the previous RFI.

This really is a process-driven feature.
OPTION A: Our assumption (the current state) was that when an RFI is revised, you’re passing any critical information forward to the R1 version to provide a complete answer in one spot and therefore don’t need the original.
OPTION B: The alternative (suggested here) is that someone would need both the original and the R1 to get the complete answer.
I’ll leave this post “in review” and let others comment as to which option is preferred.
