Mercury doesn’t currently allow for reopening of submittals and RFI’s - sometimes info is missed, and new attachments/reviewers need to be added to an RFI and submittal
BACKGROUND: The logic was to build reliable documentation by not opening the door for something being changed after it was closed.
DISCUSSION: I think there is a middle ground here if we include the date and user info with a note of opened and closed. Additionally we would need to notify those who got the closed notification that it has been re-opened so they are aware something has changed.
