Location Generation

Feature Request

Currently, it appears that project locations must be entered by hand into the location tool. This can take a lot of time on a big project. Is there a way to get a feature added to automatically generate locations by reading the uploaded drawings? That way, it would take less time to enter them and only require a bit of QC on the user end.

    I found the Procore feature that auto-read locations to be problematic. We try to carefully create logical Location structures that sometimes need to be specially organized on a project. The auto-read feature doesn’t account for logical structure so inevitably I’ve always had to abandon the Procore auto-location lists.

    What would be useful is a CSV export of spaces automatically read from the drawings in the format:

    [Room# RoomName]

    These lists could then be easily pasted into our logical locations structure exactly where we want to put them. Still a huge timesaver.
